Contractor Relay

Contractor Relay will be an optional light task management solution for mobile devices designed to be used in tandem with the Contractor Kiosk.

The idea of Contractor Relay is that it will avoid the shortcomings of traditional fixed terminal and kiosk based task management solutions by allowing users that have logged on to the Contractor Kiosk to take the details of their tasks with them on their mobile devices.

It is also possible for users, without physical contact, to arrive at a Site, Building or Location, request the outstanding tasks relevant to their physical location and add them to their visit on the Relay mobile app using the following:

• QR Code scan
• NFC tag scan
• Geolocation scan

Users will be able to record start and finish times and resolution details in the Relay app while out on site before returning to the Kiosk to sign out and get FM approval if required.
