Contractor Kiosk

It is envisioned that Contractor Kiosk will be available at fixed points, such as reception areas of buildings and/or entry points to sites. Kiosk has been designed to work solely on a tablet.

The Contractor Kiosk app allows a contractor to:

• record their visit by signing in upon arrival
• view the tasks they have been assigned to work on
• view any other outstanding tasks in the building
• commit to the tasks they are going to work on during their visit
• complete all necessary compliance documentation for the tasks
• carry out the work and feedback to MRI Evolution
• sign out upon completion of the site visit

Part of the sign in process would require the contractor to carry out any pre-site risk assessments, acknowledge any warnings and complete any other documentation, ensuring they are compliant prior to starting work.

Contractors needing visibility of their task's details during their visit should use Contractor Relay on a mobile device, such as a smart phone or tablet.
